This office ‘plus’ garden room in Muswell Hill is a fantastic example of this, with our clients opting to use their own contacts for the groundwork, bathroom installation and plumbing connections. Although the main intended use of this garden room was to be a home office, our client decided it would be wise to future-proof the space by adding bathroom facilities, so it could be used more flexibly in the future.
The eDEN team designed and built the entire garden room space, including the shower room, coordinating throughout the process with the client’s plumber to ensure all parties were happy with plans and approach. Both groundwork and plumbing services can be provided by our capable team, but we are always more than happy to work with your preferred suppliers and ensure that the build process is collaborative between everyone involved.
With a large sliding door to the front, the office is benefits from plenty of light and the option to open up the space throughout the summer months. Designs were kept within permitted development rights so no planning permission was required, with fire retardant panels being added to the boundary-facing elevations to ensure compliance.
