eDEN Garden Rooms

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and we believe we offer a clear distinction over our competitors.

Here at eDEN Garden Rooms, we pride ourselves on delivering a product with quality at its core. Our consistently high specification, coupled with our bespoke approach to design and build means that we never compromise on materials or our process, and each project is expertly delivered by our team of highly-skilled craftsmen. It is this dedication to quality that sets us apart from other garden room suppliers, and we believe it is important that potential customers are fully informed about the variations on the market, and how this can impact the quality and longevity of your finished garden room.

Wall thickness

All of our garden rooms are fully insulated with a superior, high-performance rigid foam in the walls and floor.

Why is this important?

The thicker the wall the more insulation, providing heat-retention and keeping the room cosy in Winter, but cool in summer months. Good quality insulation ensures that your garden room will be a comfortable, welcoming space to enjoy all-year round.

We use

A highly energy-efficient rigid polyisocyanurate measuring between 150mm – 250mm thick, which achieves an A+ rating when compared to the BRE Green Guide.

Cedar cladding

Our stunning cladding is crafted using only the best quality cedar, selected and locally milled to specific dimensions. This can be installed either with a shadow-gap design, or tongue and grooved design, depending on your preference.

Why is this important?

The exterior finish of your garden room is of paramount importance and not only gives a striking first impression of your garden room, but also weathers beautifully and stands the test of time.

We use

Western Red Cedar with powder coated aluminium facias. Alternative cladding options are also available, ranging from larch to painted wood.

Flexible build process

No two projects are the same, so we use a two-method build approach which can be adapted depending on access to the garden.

Why is this important?

Our flexible approach to building your garden room means that we can adapt to suit your project and home. This means we are not limited in properties where there is no side-access to the site, and we can construct your project with a minimal disruption to your home as possible.

We use:

We either pre-manufacture the panels in the factory or transport the materials to site and build the project from scratch in the garden.

Aluminium fascias and trims

In order to create a modern and contemporary finish, we only use high-quality aluminium facias, which can be colour-coordinated to match your design and personal preferences.

Why is this important?

It’s the attention to these smaller details that enhances the overall aesthetics of your garden room and keeps the finish looking crisp and smart, standing the test of time. We never use cheap plastic finishes which degrade the impact of your garden room and can become easily weathered and compromised.

We use

Non-degrading powder-coated aluminium

Aluminium windows and doors

Contemporary, hard-wearing and sleek, our thermo-efficient residential-standard windows and doors are double-glazed as standard. Whether you prefer French, sliding, bi-fold or triple-track doors, you’ll always get the same high standard of finish and performance.

Why is this important?

The thermo-efficiency of your garden room is important to make it a comfortable environment for work or play, all year round. Our multi-point locking system also means you know that your garden room is safe and secure.

We use

Weather-rated, double-glazing with aluminium powder coated frame in a range of fittings and styles, all with a multi-point locking system and excellent Uw Value ratings. We can also upgrade to triple-glazing if required, and our eDEN eDGE range comes with triple-glazing as standard.

Decking

Our beautiful hardwood decking provides a warm red tone to compliment the cedar cladding. Decking adds another dimension to your garden room with a sociable outdoor area, perfect for entertaining or alfresco dining throughout the summer months.

Why is this important?

Our quality decking selection is extremely durable and therefore far less likely to twist and warp over time and due to weathering, unlike some inferior, cheaper alternatives.

We use

Balou hardwood decking

Plasterboard and plastered walls

All of our garden rooms are finished with smooth plaster and painted finish, creating a clean, blank canvas for your own creative vision.

Why is this important?

We believe the interior finish of our projects is just as important as the exterior and have seen many lovely garden rooms spoiled by suppliers using cheap plastic panels with unsightly joins. A professional, clean, high-quality finish is what eDEN endeavour to deliver on each and every garden room.

We use

A plasterboard and plastered skim finish, painted in white as standard (other colours and feature walls can also be included on request).

Superior electrical specification

Our trusted electricians work with our construction team to ensure that all of the electrical elements in your garden room not only work efficiently but are installed with a contemporary finish to add to the overall look of your garden room.

Why is this important?

The small touches like brushed steel switches and sockets, instead of plastic, really do make a big difference to your finished product. As we include extras such as underfloor heating as standard, it eliminates the need for surplus wall-mounted radiators, which encroach on space and can compromise the aesthetics of the room.

We use

Brushed steel switches and sockets throughout, LED internal and external lighting and underfloor heating as standard. We can also offer upgrades to dimmable lighting, remote control lighting and security alarm systems.
