Can my L-shape summer house have a toilet or shower room?
Absolutely! It’s worth considering a WC or shower for your L-shaped garden room. Be it private gym and home office or a luxury hosting space.
Popping back to the house for every natural break could quickly get tired. Probably why a toilet is one of our most requested L-shaped garden building upgrades.
Will my L-shaped garden room come with storage?
Thanks to their flexibility, L-shaped garden rooms lend themselves perfectly to extra storage. This upgrade can be added in two ways. As built-in cupboards. Or as our popular L-shaped garden office room with shed section.
It has its own handy external door, which we hide neatly within the Cedar cladding. Functional and great looking.
Can I use my L-shaped garden building as a guest room?
If a garden room is planned to be regularly used as a dwelling, then it would require planning permission and must meet building regulations. Our garden rooms are classed as outbuildings and are therefore not intended to be used as living accommodation.
